Join LUUHC on our first Sunday hike of the year, to Eyam in the Peak District, Derbyshire's plague village where, in 1665, the inhabitants chose to quarantine themselves rather than let the disease spread. Whether it's a wander around the plague "places of interest", a walk on the moors or some interesting edges, there should be something for everyone on this hike. Get your ticket on the LUU Hiking Shop from 8pm on Monday 18th September. Places are limited. Please only buy a ticket for yourself and if you can no longer go, please email Shona our secretary on firstname.lastname@example.org so that the first person on the waiting list can have your ticket. That way it's fair for everyone. If all the tickets sell out, email Shona to be added to the waiting list.
